Terms & Conditions – Shot By Agastya

These terms are designed to protect both your experience and my creative integrity, while ensuring every session flows with clarity, ease and mutual respect.
📆 Booking & Payment Policy
• Full 100% advance payment is required to confirm your session. No slot will be held without full payment.
• This applies to both packages: ₹6,000 (Soul Frame) and ₹12,000 (Legacy Series).
• Any add-on time during the shoot (subject to my availability) will be billed at ₹6,000/hour and must be paid immediately after the session ends.
• Payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Deliverables, Editing, and RAW File Policy
• All RAW files will be shared with you via Google Drive within 5 working days of the shoot.
• You are free to use these for archival, creative use, or your personal sharing.
For Edited Photos:
• Soul Frame (₹6,000): Includes 4 edited photos chosen by you from the raw batch.
• Legacy Series (₹12,000): Includes 8 edited photos chosen by you.
• I will not select these images for you—you’ll need to submit your selection within 7 days of receiving the RAWs.
Additional Editing:
• If you'd like more images edited, the rate is ₹500 per image.
• My editing is minimal, natural, and intentionally raw. I do not offer retouching, beauty filters, or skin smoothing.
• Heavily altered images or filtered versions shared publicly do not represent my work and should not be tagged as such.
🌧️ Outdoor Shoots, Weather, and Location Conditions
• If unforeseen weather or natural conditions affect the shoot (e.g., heavy rain, public disturbances), you are eligible for one free rescheduling.
• During rainy or unpredictable seasons, I strongly recommend choosing an indoor or studio shoot.
• Studio shoots incur the same photography charges, but:
• Clients must cover the full cost of the studio rental.
• Any special equipment (lighting, assistants, backdrops) required must be discussed in advance and paid for by the client.
• I can assist in recommendations but do not arrange studio bookings.
🗺️ Travel Policy
• My pricing assumes up to 50-60 minutes of total travel time (to and from the location).
• If your preferred shoot location requires more than 60 minutes round trip, any additional travel time is billable at ₹6,000/hour, as it reduces the number of clients I can shoot that day.
• This is a fairness policy, not a penalty - it ensures I serve everyone with energy and attention.
🛡️ Gear Safety & Shoot Environment
• If I’m coming to your space or a location of your choice, it’s your responsibility to ensure:
• The environment is safe for me and my equipment.
• Pets, children, or anyone present do not interfere with gear or session flow.
• Accidental damage to my equipment caused by negligence will be billed at full replacement cost.
⏱️ Punctuality, Rescheduling & Cancellations
Punctuality:
• Please arrive on time. Shoot time starts as scheduled, not from when you arrive.
• Arriving over 90 minutes late without prior communication will result in session cancellation without refund.
Rescheduling:
• You may reschedule once:
• More than 7 days in advance - No extra fee, subject to my availability.
• Less than 7 days - A rescheduling fee of ₹3,000 applies and must be paid at the time of rebooking.
Emergencies:
• One emergency reschedule is allowed (medical or personal). I may request proof.
Cancellations:
• No refunds on cancellations. Please be sure before booking.
• If you miss your session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show.
👥 Accompanying Persons
• One additional person is allowed to accompany you to the shoot. However:
• You must inform me in advance.
• They may support you (carry outfits, calm nerves), but they cannot direct the shoot, give instructions, or interfere with my process.
• If this becomes an issue during the session, I reserve the right to pause or halt the shoot.
